Hoogezandster slaat buurvrouw met schep
HOOGEZAND - Een moeder is woensdag ernstig mishandeld aan de Loena in Hoogezand. Dit gebeurde voor de ogen van haar kind en enkele andere kinderen en hun ouders. De vrouw werd door een 45-jarige buurtbewoner geslagen met een schep en een steen. Het slachtoffer is naar het ziekenhuis gebracht. Ze maakt het naar omstandigheden redelijk en heeft donderdagmorgen aangifte gedaan. Voor de kinderen, die getuige waren van de mishandeling, zijn donderdag groepsgesprekken georganiseerd op school. De verdachte van de mishandeling terroriseert de buurt al langer. De woningbouwvereniging heeft daarom onlangs een rechtszaak tegen hem aangespannen. Binnenkort moet de man zijn huis verlaten. Hij viel de moeder aan, omdat hij haar ziet als veroorzaakster van zijn ellende. De politie heeft de man aangehouden en zal hem voorleiden aan de rechter-commissaris. Die bepaalt of hij langer mag worden vastgehouden.
